A native New Yorker, Debra Kagan has enjoyed a life-long love affair with art. She moved to Clearwater Florida in 1991 to paint and explore new avenues of life, art, beauty and nature. She has employed these elements in her art and artistic creations to bring to the world the joy they brought to her.
